Description

Goat Lords is a hilarious and competitive card game of thievery, magic, and mayhem — centered around collecting goats! 🐐
Created by Goat Games LLC, it’s designed for 2–6 players, ages 7 and up, and typically takes 20–30 minutes per game.

The objective is simple but chaotic: become the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) by collecting the biggest herd of goats. Players build goat herds, steal from others, and use special action cards like bombs and magic to turn the tide of battle. The game mixes luck, strategy, and a lot of laughter.

🕹️ How to Play (Brief Overview)

1. Setup

   • Each player is dealt 4 cards.

   • The deck includes Goat cards (numbered by points) and Action cards (Thief, Bomb, Magic, etc.).

   • The rest of the cards form a draw pile in the center.

2. Gameplay

   • On your turn, you can either draw, build, or attack:

     • Draw a card from the deck to add to your hand.

     • Build your goat herd by playing a pair of identical Goat cards — this becomes a herd in front of you.

     • Attack another player’s herd using the same Goat card value; both players then battle (using more matching Goat cards) to see who wins control of the herd.

3. Action Cards

   • Thief 🦹 – Steal a random card from another player’s hand.

   • Bomb 💣 – Destroy one of an opponent’s herds.

   • Magic 🪄 – Revive a destroyed herd or stop another player’s action.

4. Winning the Game

   • When the deck runs out, players count the total points of goats in their herds.

   • The player with the most points is crowned the Goat Lord!
