Herd Mentality

Description

Herd Mentality is a hilarious and family-friendly party game from Big Potato Games, designed by Dan Penn & Rich Coombes. It’s made for 4+ players, ages 10 and up, and typically takes about 20 minutes to play.

The game’s premise is simple — it’s not about being right, it’s about being part of the herd! To win, you need to give the same answer as the majority of players. But beware: if you’re the odd one out, you’ll earn the dreaded pink cow and be stuck with it until someone else messes up!

🕹️ How to Play (Brief Overview)

1. Setup

   • Give each player an answer pad and pen.

   • Place the pink cow figurine in the middle of the table.

   • Shuffle the deck of question cards.

2. Gameplay

   • A player draws a question and reads it aloud.

     • Example: “What’s the best pizza topping?”

   • Everyone secretly writes down their answer.

   • When everyone’s ready, reveal the answers at the same time.

   • The majority answer wins!

   • Players who match the majority each score 1 point.

   • The player(s) who didn’t match get nothing — and if you’re the only odd one out, you get the pink cow!

3. Winning the Game

   • The first player to reach 8 points wins!

   • But remember — you can’t win if you currently have the pink cow, even if you’ve hit 8 points, until someone else takes it from you.
